I'm 20 weeks 4 days pregnant now and have anterior placenta as confirmed in the anamoly scan.
Baby's weight is 343gm and FHR is 147bpm. I haven't felt any baby moves yet. By when should I start feeling that?

Fetal movements are appreciated early 16-18 weeks in multigravida and at 18-20 wks...if obese may appreciate late..initially it feel like gas or flicker movements ..

First feeling of baby movements also known as quickening can be upto 24 weeks of pregnancy. Try to lie on your left post meals to improve baby movements and the feeling of it.
Ideally if you are primigravida by 18- 20weeks
And in case it's your second pregnancy then by 16-18weeks
But in case of anterior placenta you might not perceive well
