Annal fissure
Sir i have fissure problem last 20 days it is paining a lot whole day after passing stool ..i am taking sitz bath and using dilizesic 2/ however this problem is very old about 8 year it healed again active .my stool sometime become vry hard and mostly very loose .. I am non allegric i want to avoid surgery in covid time plz suggest some medicine ...In 2018 i have consulted in aiims delhi they said it is healing and suggest diltigesic ..currently i am using lox 2perent diltigesic2percent and paracetamol and isbgol husk

U are suffering from recurrent fissure. Fissure always reoccur if u dont avoid Constipation, don't change food habits. U are with chronic fissure since so long definitely u need surgery. Dont be afraid of surgery laser surgery is best and with fast recovery.
