Ankle swelling
Its been 3 months (12weeks) after calcaneal surgery. I can walk few meters without support but still there is swelling around ankle and can't take weight on toe. What to do for swelling & to improve recovery?

Swelling will be more by evening and will reduce by morning put a pillow below your leg and use calcium and vit d3 tablets wait for one more month if you have more pain while walking cause us subtalar jt consult your surgeon who operated later can start walking without support if possible check your BMD and use calcium according

You are still young guy. You are still having moderate swelling after 3 months. You need aggressive physiotherapy & few important tablets to get well soon.

U should start physiotherapy of ankle movements Excercise early morning Swelling will be there for few more days
