Hi, I recently underwent an ankle surgery, will be operated ankle be like my normal ankle or will there be any complications in the future?

That depends on the type of injury you had, the duration between injury and surgery and what type of surgery has been done. In some cases, there is a possibility of secondary osteoarthritis in ankle joint. If articular surface is intact and maintained,  then usually ankle stability will be good in future as well..
