Ankle sprain still painful after 2 month
I injured my right ankle on 14th of March'18. Initially, doctor suggested 1 week of bed rest and everything will be ok. Then it became 6 weeks and then infinite time. I still can't put pressure on my right leg, cant walk but limp only. There is nothing wrong orthopaedically, that's what the doctors have been saying. I have no idea why the pain keeps on shifting from one area of leg to other and I am always going through hell when i try to stand or walk. Meanwhile, my muscles also have shrunk down and i am consistently exercising to get my muscle back by some small exercises. I am really at my wit's end about what should I do to rehabilitate myself and live a proper life. Any leads on this whatsoever will be of great help. I need answers about why this is happening to me and none of the doctors is able to give me a direction let alone a proper reason. If anyone have any idea, please help me out.
