Hi!! Since you are not able to walk..there are chances of ligament sprain...you can visit nearby Ortho or Physio to get diagnosed clinically..till then do lots of ice packs on foot I.e..thrice a day..you can also apply crappe bandage..in a figure of eight manner..which will give you support and help to decrease your swelling..also..keep your foot in elevation..take care.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Hi there. Since you had a twisting injury. And since you have associated swelling. There can be 2 causes. First might be a simple ankle sprain. Other one might be a fracture known as Jones fracture which us commonly associated with such fracture pattern.
Next Steps
I would suggest you get an xray of ankle/foot rather than treating on your own.
Health Tips
In the meanwhile, keep your limb elevated over 2 pillows and use ice packs. Hope this helps. Thank you.
