I got ankle sprain 2 months ago and still i feel extreme pain while moving my ankle clockwise or anti-clockwise for exercice. And from past few weeks, i am feeling pain at the back bone of my ankle when ever i get up every morning. i dont know how this pain started as i am not a sports guy also pains at right pelvis bone sometimes
please advice.
