Ankle sprain
2weeks backs I fell down from steps then i consulted doctor there is no fracture they said ankle sprain but still i am getting pain while walking and light swelling during walk i just gave rest for 3days because i am having classes so i am not able to take rest

You need vitamin d and b12 injections to speed up your healing process. Get tested also to check. You might be low in them. Take injections as supplements and in another 2 weeks your joint healing will be well and your ankle will be stronger. Meanwhile do protect your ankle from any more injury and use brace or crepe bandage for support when walking. Raise leg by putting pillow under at night
