Twisted ankle yesterday.took a painkiller and applied volini.little swelling near ankle.i can stand but it pains while walking.

You should get an Xray done to rule out any fracture. Painkillers can be taken on SOS basis. Do Ice fomentation to reduce swelling. Take care
