  4. Ankle pain. Suggest suitable measures.

Ankle pain
There is severe pain in the ankle. Even after slight touch the pain is unbearable. Especially during morning couldn't walk at all. The situation gets slightly better after walking a few steps however the pain still prevails. Please suggest suitable measures.
