I twisted my ankle almost 2 months ago. The day after the injury I visited the doctor and did an X-ray. And the doctor told me no fracture is there. And advised to take medicine and an ankle binder to wear.
After 2 weeks I again visited the doctor and got the MRI done. And the doctor told me it's an ankle sprain. And asked to continue the process of giving hot water, applying the gel and ankle binder to wear.
But now it's been almost 2 months and I'm still having pain while walking or putting pressure. The pain is mostly in the area around the outer ankle.
What should I do now?
