Ankle pain
Iam 36 yr male,residual polio in left lower limb, weight 97kg 170cm. I lead active lifestyle with slight limp in my left leg. Since last September 3rd, suddenly on morning I woke with severe left ankle pain,tender to touch, reddish slightly swollen, after pain killers, the pain recedes in 5 days, but it returned in 3 days after that I'm with on and off pain killers, had X-ray, Bloodtest, MRI, uric acid level 5.3, 8.6, and 6 mg/DL on 3 occasion. Taking ZYLORIC for 1 mth. Pain still persisting

Uric acid is causing pain.... Your joint has lost mobility!! Start exercising asap. Before exercising take hot water foot bath to get relieve from pain and improved range of motion.
