Ankle pain can be due to various reasons including previous injuries, ligament injuries, cartilage thinning. The ankle needs to be examined to know what the issue may be. You Vitamin D level is low. You need to start taking supplements of Vitamin D. D-Rise 60,000 IU once a week for 16 weeks. Also sitting in sun for 20 minutes between 8-11 AM will help your body produce Vitamin D.
