Ankle pain

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Am Patrice running and long jump at the time my ankle muscle holded.am consultant orthopaedic they given Enzoheal-D,Arachitol Nano vitamin D3 Oral solutions. Am using this medicine 2-weeks ,no relief same pain. Even just walking is so much difficulty. I have no BP and sugar. Untill unless no pains before this. Present am completely rest position. Please tell me what should l do.
