Hi everyone,
I have successfully completed three and a half months of my bone tb treatment.
I was diagnosed with bone tb in August and had been facing chronic pain since jan. 2018 in my ankle.
Now my foot has been stuck in a plantar flexion position for months now, its more mobile now compared to before. Its not normal though.
My doctor says that I need to keep excercising my foot in up and down motion, that is the only way I will be able to walk and otherwise I wont be able to walk.
What to do?
