Ankle , elbow joint paints
I am 50 yrs aged women, 15yrs back ovaries and uterus was removed amd took estrogen tab for 2yrs advised by doctor and also said to stop after 2yrs . Later after dat 10 yrs till now am not taking any medicens . I hsve ankle nd elbow joint psins since 15 days very severely paining . After massaging with moov getting sme relief but psin is not completey gone . Also i have thyroid from 15yrs and its in normal range ... kindly advice on my issue
