Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You should consult a nephrologist in person for further evaluation and management.
He will tell need to run a few more tests and then will suggest you accordingly.
Usually if its nore than 4cms, preventive embolization is done because there is a hige risk of haemorrhage.
