Hi,
Frustration is when what u wish and what really happened are very different. Anger is the outburst. When subconsciously or daily there is lot of self criticism or when criticised. For every action there is reaction.
Eventually, such reactions like anger and frustration starts effecting self. Emotionally and physically. And starts panic attack. For every problem there is a Solution.
Next Steps
Few things:
1. Write down few points start from least worrisome. Like what made you angry? - how it bother you?- instead how you could have reacted
(This will help you think of more ways which are better, to deal with situations in near future)
2. It’s never too late. What do you wish in life? What are you missing. During lockdown what all new would you like to learn? What all would you like to add to your day? Long lost hobby. Workout . Meditation. So when lockdown is lifted you are ready to go out and walk the road to achieve.
3. Don’t feel that you are alone or lonely. Start self grooming. Eating rite. Start with liquid intakes. It will help you physical to calm down.

Hi appreciate your effort, at least this point of you could to decide to look for a help.
I understand at some situation, emotional dysfunctions like stress, anger, anxious, frustration and others might have started could be for various reasons. Leading to the panic attacks and low self-esteem. I think any time you couldn't or didn't try to cope with the situation. Gradually it would have grew up along with other areas in you, therefore lack of coping or management skills is making you difficulty deal with the circumstances or people around.
Although it is common problem, at this period, it would increase. I suggest you to work on thoughts and explore the reasons for stress/anger .
2. Try little and understand to accept the problems/ challenges you might be facing.
3. Focus yourself on the positive side of your life, activities which can keep you calm and relaxed. Keep goals which could motivate you.
4. At the same time take a help of an expert to guide you through the process of coping with the problems.
Stay positive, take care

Hey! It's super hard to deal with panic attack when you're having one. Also, all the mood swings that come along with stress really makes it difficult to feel happy and at peace again. For starters I'd suggest you try to understand what really triggers you. Also, is that trigger under your control or not. Although the therapy might take some time but it'd be good to have a few counseling sessions to understand the perception and responses and alter them to a more healthy one.
Next Steps
Talk to a therapist and have proper sessions. Trying to understand what actually triggers and what situations can or cannot be controlled/altered. Also, if you can try seeing what actually is threatening in the surrounding that causes panic attack vs something which is more in our thought than reality. that might help a bit too.
