Dear 'Topper Mother',
From all that you have texted I feel you have some fear as to whether your ambitions will have to be given up because it looks like you are tired of the tough schedule after the birth of your child. The schedule around your child will slowly improve and you will surely have enough time to achieve your ambition too.
Any mother of a new born child will be on the edge worrying about cleanliness and order because it makes taking care of the child little easier.
You might need little time for yourself too and where you get help with taking care of the kid by someone in the family or a helper. Check out your diet and improve it for necessary vitamins and minerals. You will feel much better after this. You will feel healthier, calmer and more positive by doing these recommendations.
With Regards,
Dr. Nisha James

It's been just 13 months since you delivered a baby and child rearing practices are a little difficult for a mother to handle initially and in this whole situation you are feeling irritable and angry, you have a bright future and career ahead all you need to do is...to prioritise things, besides dealing with motherhood just focus on yourself... some 'me time' from your schedule and then you can sort out the things. In your situation it seems to be that you are not giving yourself enough time and break to sort the things out.
Next Steps
For detailed evaluation you definitely need psychologist's help as in your case the protective factor is that you have been a bright student whch can be used in therapy
Hi... You are going through a lot inside without being aware of why?
Some of the things you shared is similar to early signs and symptoms of ocd, depression. But I believe presently it is not at the level of illness.
You are basically experiencing an internal turmoil because you have some ambitions, and your present environment is occupying you with other roles and expectations.
You need to discuss this with your spouse in a calm manner and see what he feels about you being an entrepreneur.
If he is supportive to this idea, it will be a boost. If he is not, at least you'll get to know where you stand family wise with respect to your ambition.
Being a normal person doesn't mean giving up your ambitions or doing your roles (personal life) right. It means striking a balance between the two.
Next Steps
Seek professional help, i.e., Guidance and Counseling from a Psychologist
Dear
OCD often centres on themes such as a fear of germs or the need to arrange objects in a specific manner. Symptoms usually begin gradually and vary throughout life.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a common, chronic, and long-lasting disorder in which a person has uncontrollable, reoccurring thoughts (obsessions) and/or behaviors (compulsions) that he or she feels the urge to repeat over and over.
You need to check whether you are dealing with the same thing or not.
