Hi.. I have very less patience, i gets anger quickly.. I can't control my mind and words when i get angry.. I always think negetive... I have insecurity in my relationship.. Please suggests how to overcome negetivity? How to increase positive energy. I always feel i am sarrounded by negetive energy

When you try to control any thought or emotion it is difficult. Rather you should analyse and understand the cause of your thought and emotion. There must be some underlying cause which you may or may not be aware of. You can sit with a psychologist to overcome this problem methodically
