Hello sir, I can understand your concern. Of you are frequently getting irritated on minor issues, unable to control your emotions, mood swing, etc these could be a symptoms of depression problem. Stress happens to be an important risk factor. However, in many cases there may not be any specific cause seen. You must understand that depression is like any other medical problem which also requires treatment. The treatment would consist of medications if required and therapies to control the emotions and anger. You must also understand that neglecting the problem can worsen the condition and it may not resolve on its own. I would strongly suggest you to consult with a psychiatrist.

I understand your concern. Irritability and anger dyscontrol can occur due to a wide variety of mental health problems ranging from mood disorders including depression, personality issues and even as a part of adhd in an adult. Hence more clarity is needed regarding your actual problem to conclude what you are suffering from. However it is easily manageable. I would be more than happy to help you with that. Some appropriate counselling sessions and if needed medical help might be useful for you. You can directly consult with me through Practo. Discussions will be held confidential. Online chat consultation is available.
