Hemoglobin Hb- 12.3 g/dL
PCV Haematocrit -37.4 %
ESR Automated -21 mm
I guess I am midly anemic since past three years (bellow 13 Hb level).

Your Hb level is fairly good. The only medicine which you can take for improving Haemoglobin is Iron. And Iron has its own side effects.
You can deworm yourself. And that is the only treatment which you should take for your "Anaemia".
