Anemia and medicines
I am 61 year old male ( type 2 diabetic & hypertension ) . Did a CBC results are bellow: Hemoglobin Hb- 12.3 g/dL  PCV Haematocrit -37.4 %  ESR Automated -21 mm I guess I am midly anemic since past three years (bellow 13 Hb level). 1) Is it due to my blood pressure medicines, covance 50, stamlo 10, metpure xl 25, tonact tg? 2) Do I need to be concerned for coming years with Hb level at this level. Please advise if

Your Hb level is fairly good. The only medicine which you can take for improving Haemoglobin is Iron. And Iron has its own side effects. You can deworm yourself. And that is the only treatment which you should take for your "Anaemia".
