Anemia and heavy hair loss

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Issues: loosing hair, eye lashes,weakness,fatigue, dark cirlce, breathing issue,weight gain,mood swings, stress, not active .two eyeas back diagnose with pnemonia and tb . Got treatment done. After that facing above issues. Even got medicine for anemia bt no solution.
