Androgenetic Alopecia
I want to use a dermaroller for treating my grade3 hairloss.Please suggest me an appropriate brand which is also FDA approved.And kindly tell me whether i should go for 540 microneedles or 190 microneedles .
Please also help me in deciding the needle size i.e whether i should opt for 0.25mm or 0.5 mm microneedle for use at home.
Please note that i am already usinh minoxidil and finesteride for a couple of months.

I know hair loss and Alopecia can be really depressing. But don't do anything which can permanently damage your remaining hair and the hair follicles.
The procedure which you are talking about is not recomended at home.
