Anaphylaxis shock
HT for last 12 years taken Telma40 and 4 years of Painless Hemmarroids occassionally happens once in 5 months whenever constipated, doctor said post procto no surgey required, 2 months back hospitalized for vomiting and fever with full body itching and treated for 2 days and discharged and reported that taken local medical shop Acelonofac combination was allergy created. While discharge I have found covid +ve and was in quarantine 10days and RTPCR was -ve. Last week again taken medicine for blood in motion from surgeon but again Acelonofac combination triggered entire body itching / low BP for 80-60 and oxymeter was not reading for first 30 minutes and later BP and oxymeter was come to normal but I was conscious. Doctor again treated for the infection and allergies and discharged stating the same alergy and Anaphylaxis shock. Sugar is normal FBS and PBS 80-130.  Last 1 weeks BP was 130-90,Nebicard has been advised now. Is it Cardiac Arrest or Medical allergy.Need advise.
