Below are my usg pelvis reports. please examine it and tell me why haven't i gotten period since 2.5 months. can you rule out pregnancy from below reports? ( given my beta hcg was negative)

was this a transvaginal or an abdominal scan you need to understand that ultrasound pick up pregnancy late
Other reasons for the delay need to be evaluated
B.hcgis a confirmitory test if that is negative you are not pregnant
