Anal warts is my problem , Pls help😧

Dear doctor, I have got anal warts, they are very tiny here and there like small flesh growth around the anal region, just started. I request you to please help me to heal myself by prescribing some medicine or creams that can safely destroy the warts. I tried cleaning it with hydrogen peroxide and I must say it worked to a good extent as the wart came off but burned the area and the pain was beyond my handling capacity and now I have applied Betadine ointment. Kindly look to the attached pic and let me know first of all whether it's a wart only or not, Please help me. Am very much worried 😧 Please quickly respond !
