Anal warts
Hi Doctor, I recently noticed small growths around the anal circumference about two weeks ago, which I suspect may be anal warts. While the physical symptoms are currently mild, the condition has been causing significant mental stress and discomfort, and I would like to address it early before it potentially progresses. I'm in a situation where I'm unable to discuss this with my parents, and I'm also facing some financial constraints. Because of this, I wanted to ask whether there are any effective external or topical treatment options that could be used initially, if appropriate. I would appreciate your guidance on the following: What is the most effective treatment option at this early stage, given that the symptoms were noticed recently? How long does treatment typically take, and what outcomes should I realistically expect? What steps can I take to reduce the chances of recurrence in the future?

There treatment for anal warts can vary to a large extent. We can try with topical agents like podophyllin application or procedures like cryotherapy. These procedures should be done my a trained professional like a dermatologist . Without any history and without looking at the lesions we cannot diagnose anal warts . It is dangerous to take treatment without consulting a dermatologist. Please give importance to your health and spare some time to understand your problem so that specific treatment can be given

Kindly consult a dermatologist

Yes, early-stage anal growths can often be treated without surgery with Ayurvedic treatment, but first the condition must be examined to confirm whether they are warts or something else. Avoid self-medication, maintain good hygiene. I recommend a confidential consultation with me so I can evaluate the condition and guide you with the most appropriate treatment.
