Anal warts
Hi Doctor, I recently noticed small growths around the anal circumference about two weeks ago, which I suspect may be anal warts. While the physical symptoms are currently mild, the condition has been causing significant mental stress and discomfort, and I would like to address it early before it potentially progresses. I'm in a situation where I'm unable to discuss this with my parents, and I'm short on finances for laser treatments, I wanted to ask whether there are any effective external or topical treatment options that could be used initially, if appropriate. I would appreciate your guidance on the following: What is the most effective treatment option at this early stage, given that the symptoms were noticed recently? How long does treatment typically take, and what outcomes should I realistically expect? What steps can I take to reduce the chances of recurrence in the future?

Are you sure about diagnosis.... Is it anal wart or something else like sentinel piles or thrombosed piles.... For proper treatment accurate diagnosis is must. First you go to general surgeon at your place. With proper history and examination he will be able to further treatment.

these are early, small anal warts, topical treatment is often the first and most affordable option. . Podophyllotoxin (Podofilox) 0.5% solution/gelApply twice daily for 3 days stop 4th days and again start with 3 days.  .Do NOT apply inside the anal canal.
Next Steps
No improvement after 6–8 weeks- still cheaper than laser-Chemical cauterization (TCA), Electrocautery.
