Anal ulceration
My friend found an ulcer like thing near anal lining for about 10 days. Initially it is not painful and not itchy but for the past few days it is itchy and causing discomfort. He also had 4-5 red rashes on his thigh which r slowly fading now. Please diagnose this condition.

Difficult to diagnose with available information and photo provided. Clinical examination of full body by a dermatologist is needed. There may be other areas of skin involved including mouth. For the time being, apply a moisturiser and consult dermatologist at the earliest.
