Anal stenosis/ narrowing of anal

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I'm suffering from anal stenosis from more than one month,and even anal pain also. I'm using dilator tool to relax muscles from 10 days. Is it curable without surgery? Suggest medicines, ointment to relieve pain
