  4. Anal problem. Sure that is that only?

1. i had constipation but today morning i pooped as i had a medicine(bisacodyl) earlier night. 2. i am having pain while i stool but today it was a little less 3. had problem in passing gas 4. i applied aesculus oinment 5. its not bleeding Now i am not sure what it is. please help! Also some doctors in practo said its piles. please tell me how could I be very sure that is that only?
