Anal pain while doing motion

Hi Am having anal pain while passing motion no blood on it and even pain persist while sitting and driving vehicle and while passing urine also pain persists.. what is the problem how to overcome this problem pl suggest ..!

Hi dear, it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ) apply diltigesic ointment 2% three times a day after passing stool. Take Dabur nature care isabgol 2 teaspoon in on be glass of Luke warm water after dinner daily for 15 days. Do sitz bath three times a day. Feel free to ask any further quary.
