I have a problem when i pee.. bleed lighty and sometimes pain hard when i eat non veg and spicy food. One number of small pile i feel when i touch with my hand. I conformed it is piles. I hav this problem since 1 year. But small worm appear sometimes ( weekly once like that). I scared. What is my problem. Pls ans me
