Anal Pain / irriatation

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Sir/madam I am suffering from anal pain 2 years. It's a dull continuos pain on sitting only otherwise no pain. History of application of tea tree oil following which I had burning sensation and pain started which didnot disappear till now . Please help me .
