One month back I went to doctor for anal pain.Doctor said infection above the anal. Doc gave medicine and it's been cured but again after one month I am getting pain while using restroom. I became hard during excretion

It appears that you are suffering from Anal fissure. You are advised to take some laxative like Haritaki Powder to avoid constipation. Take regular sitz bath (Hoot water tub bath). Apply some soothing ointment or coconut oil in anal region. It problem still persists you should consult an Ano rectal Specialist.
