Asked for Male, 32 Years

Few days back I was suffering from loose motion but it has slowed down now. I still get stomach aches but stools are more pasty consistency. Since today I started experiencing some anal pain also..like a shooting pain which last 5-10 seconds. It occurs randomly and during going to the toilet. Kindly suggest something please as the pain is also spreading to the abdomen area.
