It is very common  to develop new skin tags during pregnancy.Sit in warm water tub , keep your stools soft , drink plenty of water and eat fiber to avoid straining. Consult your gynecologist  if the growth becomes painful or bleeds as this could indicate an active fissure that needs treatment. You don’t need to worry about your baby if your anal skin tags are painless, its not a virus so they cannot be passed on during birth. To stay sure, look for soft, smooth, flesh coloured thin tags, in case they are rough, cauliflower like clusters with a flat base like warts, then you need to check with your gynecologist.
