Anal fistula
My surgery proximal anal fistulectomy+ lay opening of ishiorectal fistula cavity done in December 2021. The cavity is 6cm. Wound is heal but cavity is not healing now its approximately 4cm shown in MRI. There is no discharge but it's not healing. I do regular dressing. What should I do that the cavity healing start.
