Anal fissures since 8 month

I have anal fissure since 8 month I consulted doctor before 8 month due to this issue doctor prescribed some medicine and cream after that i fyl little Better after again the fissure starts still some time i am having burning nd pain while Passing stools my question is I have fissure since 8 month it can cause any Cancer in anal or any other problem due to some situation i am planning to take have surgery in nxt month
