  4. Anal Fissure. Any ointment required?

Anal Fissure
There is scratch in the anus area. Maybe this is Anal fissure or due to my underwear. There is no blood associate with it or neither i have any severe pain or itching. This sometimes burns a little. I have also hair on that part. What needs to be done to heal that affected area? Is there any ointment required?
