Anal fissure permanent cure
I am 27 year old male having mild Irritable bowel syndrome and Over active urinary bladder. And as these two disease has no definite medicines doctor had to do trial and error method. But problem is medicines are causing slight hard stool which leads to anal fissure. So , I can't continue my treatment . So, once Lateral sphincterotomy was done . But still same problem for slight hard stool . Now any other option left ???

For constipation, you have to change your food habit, increase intake of leafy vegetables, plenty of liquids, avoid outsided food such as burger, pizza etc. You can start stool softener such syrup cremaffin, syrup cremaffin plus, movicol powder, livo luk fiber powder,  as per your comfortablity. Additionally, uses hot sitz bath 5 times a day for 10 min. Thank you.

Use stool softener for soft stool like Syrup Cremaffin plus 15ml at bedtime. If stool remain hard with the syrup, then add Tab. Pruwel/Pruease/Presmovac (2mg) after dinner daily.

As long as stool is normal, no issue will be there with anal fissure, so have to in strict diet, stool softner
