I want to know is there any side effect of surgery of anal fissure. Pls tell truly. Homeopathy says it should be cured only with medicines but still that big skin layer which forms outside anus due to chronic fissure troubles. But homeopathy says never do surgery. I am very scared.

[ ] Hi dear, it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ) apply diltigesic ointment 2% three times a day after passing stool. Take Dabur nature care isabgol 2 teaspoon in on be glass of Luke warm water after dinner daily for 15 days. Do sitz bath three times a day. Feel free to ask any further quary.

Next Steps

if this is intractable , better to go ahead with surgery. Homeopathic are poor in surgical skill, they should not attempt also
