Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have had couple of visits lately for my fissure, however, due to discontinued medication and ointment spreading the fissure did not go. Also due to my eating habits and limited alcohol consumption the fissure is same in size and shape. It surrounds my anal rectum and makes the bowel movement very painful, mostly it itches all day long and difficult to sit. Doctors have confirmed that it is anal fissure and I would like some medication to get rid of this pain and itching and for free bowel movement with some food restrictions. I have been eating curd rice only for all the occasions.
