Anal fissure/fistula /piles
Sir/madam
Irritation and pain during defecation, around the anal opening. It is happens more than 2 times this month, last year there was similar problem but resolve automatic . The pain resolve itself and appears itself. Sometimes there is painless bleeding ( rare ). A very small protrusion has came out through opening.
Please suggest me something!
