Anal fissure and swelling
I have fissure now it's four week.
Near my anal maximum 1 inch one pimple and swelling between vagina and anus . one pimple like one formed side vagina.. Is it fistula or anything. Pain is less but some time sitting discomfrt I feel. Please suggest is it any seroius.
