Anal cancer or hemmorhoids?!?
I have an anal fissure with a skin tag. And initially i thought the cause was hemmorhoids, although now im worried it may be cancer. It has been extremely painful for two months and the bleeding was really bad, now it only bleeds a little bit, although it always feel full and as if im having a baby out of my anus, a lot of burning and pressure, with the presence of a mass.

Care AI Shimmer
This is most likely due to anal fissure. If the severity is as you describe, conservative management may not help and you may benefit from surgery.
Next Steps
Please visit a general surgeon and get examined first. They can also rule out hemorrhoids and advise surgery if necessary.
