Anaemic patient , ESR 150 Allergic to Fe
Hi My mother is 51 yr old. She has been anaemic for a long time . (Attached report) her ESR is 150. She has allergic reactions to iron (breathlessness , nausea etc) She was also diagonised with thyroid nodular goitre. She is currently on homeopathy medicines. How to increase her HB percentage.

there is a anemia so definitely esr is high..may be doctor prescribe you thyroid hormone medication...because depends on nodule size...

I will say 150 ESR is not a good sign my dear . Allergic to iron is not a big issue it can be solved,but you have to evaluate the real problem behind it. why she is anemic since long time. Hb ??, Maybe there is some oncology is going on , so if you consider this please consult hematology or oncology. I will be  happy to consult you.
