Amylase test and fatty liver
Hi Dr, my mother was having right side upper abdomen pain and back from saturday . Today she got her usg upper abdomen pelvic scan and found that she has ' mild hepatomegaly with mild diffuse fatty infiltration of the liver' We had LFT and Amylase test done LFT seems normal but Amylase value is 169. Anything serious? She is having sugar and BP Can you please suggest us if anything is serious and next action for us please?
