Amla juice kept in iron pot for 24 hours
May I apply raw amla juice directly on scalp , keeping the raw juice in a iron pot for 24 hours everyday for almost 6 months for my premature white hair reversal. Can it cause any big side effect like any harm to kidney or liver like chemical dye( I want to use it every day for 6 months)???

There is no harm in organs in external application but you may not find any effect by using it, you have to treat the root cause for your good hair. You may consult personaly for better advice and correct treatment

It is generally safe externally But Instead of daily, use 2-3 times per week Add a little coconut oil or bringraj oil to reduce scalp irritation &dryness External application of natural Amla juice does not harm kidney or liver Better to combine with internal Pitta-balancing & Rasayana support

Namastey Premature hair reversal cannot be done only with external application. We have to treat the root cause instead. It is called as Akalapalitya in Ayurveda- Main causes: • Excess Pitta dosha • Raktadushti (blood infections) • Mental stress (chinta, krodha) • Atisevan of amla, lavana, katu rasa; (sour, too salty, spicy) • Ratri jagaran (day time sleeping) Associated with: • Agnimandya ( impaired metabolism) • Rasa & Rakta dhatu kshaya Other than that we have to check any deficiencies and run out these tests CBC, Serum B12, Ferritin, Thyroid profile and Vitamin D.
Next Steps
You can try the Amla syrup remedy but it will only and partially colour the old grown hair, it not colour the newer hair. For proper treatment and guidance, you must consult us.
Health Tips
Try focus on correcting Pitta aggravation, oxidative stress, and nutritional deficiencies.A balanced diet rich in amla, black sesame (in moderation), curry leaves, coconut, soaked raisins, adequate protein, and small amounts of ghee if digestion permits, while avoiding excessive spicy, sour, salty, junk foods, tea/coffee, smoking, and late nights. Ensure proper sleep (7–8 hours), stress reduction through pranayama like Anulom Vilom and Bhramari, and regular head oil massage with Bhringraj or Neelibhringadi oil 2–3 times weekly. Thank you
